| Glacis is a clear water-based, transparent glaze for the professional artist or decorative painter. Glacis (known as a "scumble" glaze) produces a transparent, traditional oil appearance without the toxic elements of solvents. Glacis dries on its own (without a latex additive) to a very hard, durable, water-resistant, matte finish and will not yellow. As a result, Glacis can be colored using universal Tints, Acrylic tints, Artist colors and Latex Paints. Glacis is suitable for interior and exterior. It has outstanding scrub resistance, excellent weathering and UV resistance, tremendous adhesion to most surfaces. |
